LC-SAMPI flow meter and measurement system of the series M
Liquid Controls flow meter and measurement system of the M series offer a maximum in measurement accuracy in applications with petroleum products, aviation fuel, liquid gas (LPG) and many other industrial liquids. The meters of the MS series have a unique design, that prevent a minimal ingression into the flowing liquid as well as a pressure drop by the meter. The LC-measuring instrument conists of a housing, in which three synchonised rotors turn without metal-to-metal-contact. The hydraulic sealing is done by a stationary liquid interface, not by the action of mechanical parts.
Main features of the series M are:
Low pressure drop: series works with gravitation flow or pump pressure
Long-term accuracy: no wear/ abrasion by metal-to-metal-contact in the measuring chamber means minimale deterioration of accuracy over time, less recalibration and longer service life. The measuring instruments comply with the accuracy requirements by NIST and International Weight and Measures
Wide temperature range: media can be accurately dosed from -40° C up to 70° C
Wide viscosity range: with LC meters can media of less than 30 SSU (less than 1 Cp) up to 1.500.000 SSU (325.000 Cp) be measured very precisely
Maximum flexibility: right-angled design with bearing selection or customer-specific elbow/ fittings offers an unparalleled flexibilty when assembling to comply with customer-, and installation requirements
Operation up to 150 psi/ 10,5 bar
